PROVEN & PROFITABLE
REGENERATIVE RANCHING
"Your course has given us valuable knowledge required to increase stocking rate many times over, build soil and forage quality and quantity, and have the type of cows that perform well, leading to higher profitability."
-Matt H.
Over the last 22 years, I've gotten to teach students worldwide on how to build their soil by managing their livestock and increasing their profitability and now I am excited to offer this in a 2-day enhanced hands on experience!
Â
Introducing
The "Profitable Grazing To Improve Your Land" In-Person Course
2 full days of hands-on, in-person teachings in a ranch who has been following these same principles and has been beyond organic for over 23 years.
My goal is to bring you this education, encouragement and hands-on experience that we provide through our online platform into a real-life room and field where you can get tools to improve your ranching operation and discover a community of ranchers who are in the same path as you.
Imagine for a moment...
Â
You walk into a room of several ranchers who are all just as interested as you in improving their land...
You sit down for the beginning of a full day of investing in your regenerative ranching knowledge from an expert who has REAL experience in enabling success in ranches all over the world - only to follow it up with a day full of motivation like you have never felt before, and you know that you have just unlocked higher profitability for your ranching operation.
You head off after lunch for a pasture walk and you see with your own eyes the very same teachings you have learned in the morning but now in practice and you follow up with questions and see how you can apply these teachings in your operation.
You leave this 2-day in-person course feeling confident and excited for the profitability and soil improvement in your ranch.
THAT is "Profitable Grazing To Improve Your Land" Course.
We get it...
Â
You are LOVE about your ranch/farm - like the can't eat, can't sleep, over the fence, kind - but it can be exhausting trying to learn all the things, move or not move cattle several times a day or week, find the right people to help you get t that next level and do it all without your operation take over your whole life.
We're out of breath just thinking about it.
But guess what? In-person courses are the best solution. Passion may have started your ranching operation, but it's people that will keep it going, and in-person courses are the best way to find the friends that will elevate you and the mentors that will guide you all in one place.
AND THIS IN-PERSON COURSE?
WELL, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT THE TYPICAL IN-PERSON COURSE
You are going to learn principles that TRULY work and have been working in different environments and management.
And you will meet ranchers who are in the same path as you, implementing these same strategies to improve their soil with profitable grazing. And all it requires is YOU, showing up with the knowledge that you have right now.
About the course:
This will be a two-day, hands-on, in-person course to learn what is needed to increase your profits and stocking rate by implementing the 4 Pillars of Real Wealth Ranching with classroom and field teaching. These 4 Pillars are the Total Grazing Program, Adapted Genetics and Selection Guidelines, Nutrition in regards to Grazing, and Optimal Birthing Season. You will learn how to minimize overgrazing, and how to save much money of up to $300 per cow per year, by using stockpiled grass, you will see the effects of stockpiling grass on recruitment of your desirable grasses and soil improvement.
On livestock genetics, you will see how creating a composite can be easy and give you the best results in improving your land with your livestock
You are going to learn how important having an optimal calving season is for total productivity and ease of management and labor.
This will be taught by Jim Elizondo, an Agronomist Engineer with over 30+ years of experience in ranching and sustainable agriculture.
Â
About Us: Tick Creek Ranch
Tick Creek Ranch is a family-owned and operated ranch that we have managed for the last three years. We operate on 190+ acres of pasture and forested land in the Southern Missouri Ozarks. In total we have five years experience with selective rotational grazing methods and we’ve tried them all, but the Total Grazing Program has had the most profound impacts of any that we’ve practiced.
Jim Elizondo with Real Wealth Ranching has been consulting us over this last year and the results have been incredible! In just one season, we have seen an exponential increase in forage growth and the biodiversity in our sward.Â
The native tall prairie grasses have started to show up across the ranch and the wildlife is returning. We grow so much grass now, we’ll need to increase our stocking rate just to keep up with it. No more selective rotational grazing for us, we are now all in on the Total Grazing Program as I see it's one of the few paths forward to obtain “real” profits for the American Rancher.
